Adam Frost established his own garden design and landscape gardening business in 1996. Since then he has gone on to design gardens around the world and win seven gold medals at the Chelsea Flower Show. Adam is a presenter on the popular BBC television programme Gardeners' World, he is an an RHS Ambassador for Education and Community Gardens and is also the founder of the Adam Frost Garden School in Lincolnshire. His first book, Real Gardens, was published in 2015 and tells the story of his award-winning gardens at Chelsea and his most recent, How to Create Your Garden, is available now.

Starting in Amsterdam, you will sail down the waterways to towns such as Hoorn, Den Helder and Lelystad. Day1Arrive in AmsterdamAmsterdam, Netherlands
Arrive in Amsterdam and enjoy a relaxing evening onboard your ship, the MS Arena, with its comfortable bar and lounge. Dinner will be served in the Panorama Restaurant, from which you'll have views of Amsterdam's twinkling lights.
Day2Amsterdam and HoornHoorn, Netherlands
This morning, you sail to the atmospheric city of Hoorn, arriving around lunchtime. Here you'll have free time to explore this wonderful little city, which is full of history and interesting architecture.
Alternatively, you can join an optional excursion to the Medemblik Bakery, a quaint two-story museum where you'll see how traditional Dutch specialities are made, including 'gevulde koek', which is an almond paste cookie and 'speculaas' which are delicious gingerbread cookies.
Return to the ship for a relaxing dinner onboard and sail overnight to Den Helder.
Day3Den Helder and HarlingenDen Helder, Netherlands
Arrive in the unique town of Den Helder this morning, which is situated at the northernmost tip of the province of North Holland. The town has a lot to offer, including beautiful nature reserves, and is also home to the country's naval base and museum. There's free time in the morning to explore this historic town, which was bombed during World War II.
Return to the ship for lunch, before you continue on to the city of Harlingen, which you can explore at your leisure. There are more than 600 monuments in this harbour city and part of the original defences can still be seen in the original canals and old warehouses. Relax onboard this evening as you sail overnight to Lelystad.
Day4Lelystad and Amsterdam's Keukenhof GardensLelystad, Netherlands
You arrive this morning into the lively little port of Lelystad for the excursion to Keukenhof Gardens. Here you'll have plenty of time to explore the 32-hectare site and enjoy the swathes of flowers, themed pavilions and wonderful atmosphere that surrounds the 'spring gardens of Europe'. You'll be joined by Gardeners' World presenter Adam Frost, for an exclusive talk and Q&A, where you can ask Adam all your horticultural questions, and hear his insights into one of the world's greatest gardens.
Rejoin the ship in Amsterdam, where you can experience the true beauty of this capital city on an optional canal cruise, taking you around 17th-century buildings and picturesque little bridges while you enjoy cheese and wine.
Day5Return homeAmsterdam, Netherlands
Bid farewell to your captain and crew this morning, and disembark for the return journey to the UK.
