The countryside around Tuscany is one of the most romantic landscapes in Italy - all rustic stone farmhouses, sun-baked olive groves, and deep green hills lined with picturesque vineyards. It's a simply magical setting for a fitness break, and that's why we've chosen it as the backdrop for this wonderful new yoga retreat.

We've teamed up with Flavours Holidays to give Prima readers the chance to experience Tuscany's beauty while enjoying daily yoga classes together. You'll be keeping supple and in shape while basking in the Italian sunshine, and there's no need to worry if you're a beginner, as we've designed the programme to be accessible to people of all ages and abilities.

Joining you will be Aggie MacKenzie, who co-starred in How Clean Is Your House? in the early 2000s. The fabulous Scottish television personality will join you throughout your time in Tuscany, where she'll lead daily yoga classes outside (weather permitting) at your historic villa.

On arrival, you'll be met at Pisa Airport and then driven by private transfer to one of the beautiful Flavours Holidays villas, which have outdoor pools and gorgeous grounds, full of almond and olive trees, for you to relax in. You'll be treated to healthy, home-cooked Italian food made by excellent local chefs and enjoy dinner at a trattoria in Siena on one evening, too. You'll also have spare time to explore the local area, with highlights including the Palazzo Pubblico and Siena Cathedral.

This is a great opportunity to improve your core strength and tone your body, as well as relax and make new friends in the Italian sun.

Aggie has been teaching beginners' yoga for a number of years and will be able to give you expert tips. By the end of the trip, you should be confident enough to continue practising at home.

    Arrival and welcome drinks
    Siena, Italy

    Arrive at Pisa airport and transfer to your private Tuscan villa in the Chianti countryside, near Siena. Once you've settled in you'll enjoy a welcome drinks with your host, Aggie MacKenzie, followed by a late lunch. You'll have your first yoga lesson before dinner at the villa.

    Explore Siena
    Siena, Italy

    Today begins with an early rise for a group yoga session, before breakfast together surrounded by the stunning Tuscan countryside. In the afternoon, take a trip to Siena to enjoy time for shopping and sight-seeing, with highlights including the Palazzo Pubblico and Siena Cathedral. Tonight, you'll stay in Siena for dinner at a traditional Trattoria, trying out some of the region's delicious rustic delicacies, before returning to your villa.

    Q&A with Aggie and wine-tasting
    Siena, Italy

    Another early start this morning ensures you'll get the most out of your final full day, with a group yoga class followed by a freshly prepared healthy breakfast. Afterwards, enjoy some time relaxing in the villa's pool and gardens, and take part in an informal Q&A with Aggie MacKenzie.

    This afternoon, you'll visit a local winery to learn about the wine-making process during a tour of the premises, and then try out some of the wonderful wines they make. You'll also have the option of a massage today, before a final dinner at your villa.

    Early morning yoga and return home
    Siena, Italy

    Enjoy a final morning yoga session with your new friends today, then have time to pack and take one last swim in the villa's pool after breakfast. After a farewell lunch together, transfer to Pisa airport for your flight home.
